Meghan Gaspers, Owner, ERYT-200
Meghan Gaspers is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Coach, and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200). For the last decade, she has dedicated her career to serving others. Meghan opened Firefly Yoga and Wellness in 2016 after settling back in Cody with her family. The studio was created to be a space for people to come and explore the connection of mind and body, finding ease through stillness and empowerment through movement. Meghan believes that yoga is a catalyst for transformation. Whether students are looking for strength, flexibility, reduction of stress, or a deeper connection to community, it can be found at Firefly Yoga and Wellness. Meghan offers therapeutic massage, working with various modalities to aid in the reduction of stress and improvement of muscular dysfunction.
Bre Allison, ERYT-200
Bre Allison brings her experience in the outdoors & as a lifelong athlete to the mat. She believes yoga allows you to do the things you love for longer & feel better doing them. As much as she’s drawn to movement, her true passion is the mental & spiritual side of yoga that can create a space for growth & healing.

Bernie Butler, RYT-200
Bernie is a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance. She has been active most of her life, enjoying various forms of physical activities. As a Wyoming native, Bernie loves the outdoors and all that Mother Nature has to offer. Yoga has brought a sense of well being, on a personal, spiritual, and physical level to her life. Bernie received her yoga teacher training in 2018 and teaches at Firefly Yoga and Wellness. Her training includes Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Nidra. She trained under Meghan Gaspers and Paul Earnhart, both E-RYT200 certified Yoga instructors with Yoga Alliance. Bernie’s classes will give students a great workout and a rewarding sense of mind body connection.
Brooke Davidson, RYT-200
Born and raised in Boise, Idaho (later becoming a Montana and then Wyoming resident), Brooke has always seen her own identity as inextricable from her natural surroundings. Such regard has led her to call herself a fly fisher, a hiker, a climber, a rancher, a cowgirl, and a traveler, but above all - and more accurately, throughout all - she identifies as a student of yoga. Brooke teaches well-rounded classes that challenge, strengthen, and expand the body as well as the mind. Lisa Heimer, RYT-200
Lisa has lived in Cody for over 20 years and loves being a part of the local yoga community. She completed her YTT-200 program at Firefly, and recently enjoyed a Restorative Yoga training and retreat with Judith Lasater. She has practiced TM style meditation since 1991. In addition to yoga, she loves hiking, books, and chickens. Her day job is working at the local public library, and she can also be found babysitting for friends or working in the community garden. Lisa’s mission is to help people discover the power of yoga. She has a special passion for working with young children and parents, as well as those who are navigating grief and trauma.
Brianna Holm, RYT-200
With a background in service and caring for people’s needs, Brianna believes that yoga is about connection to ourselves, to each other, and to the world. Her personal yoga journey started in 2007 out of curiosity and has developed into a passion for sharing yoga with others. Brianna is interested in bringing the balance of breath and movement to our lives both on and off the mat. She is trained in Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Yin, Pre/Post Natal, and Yoga Nidra. Brianna’s faith in God and believing the highest form of teaching is to lead by example results in her intention to practice integrity and loving kindness in her life.
Cami Jackson, RYT-200
Cami is an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. She started yoga as a way to help manage the day to day stress of life. While she finds the strength movements of yoga invigorating the flexibility movements are more challenging for her. The balance of the two keep her coming back to her practice. She believes that the practice of yoga can be used to challenge both our bodies and minds to promote change in our lives. Cami seeks to provide a structured movement based class to allow new and experienced students alike to explore their edge and continue to learn and grow their practices.
Tiffani Jackson, RYT-200
Tiffani has been teaching Yoga in Cody for over a decade. She draws on this experience to help meet her students where they are in their practice. She draws on a strong mind, body, spirit connection when teaching a class. She likes help her students gain and maintain, flexibility, strength and balance, refining a personal practice to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Tiffani is currently pursuing an Integrative Healing Arts Certificate and plans on becoming a Recovery and Spiritual Life Coach. Tiffani also leads a Refuge Recovery meeting at Firefly and is Yoga Alliance certified RYT200.
Emily Swett, RYT-200
Emily is an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance. She grew up as a competitive swimmer. Through college, she found yoga both as a way to stretch and build strength, as well as reducing stress through a mind-body connection. She is also a certified group fitness instructor, cycling instructor and Health Coach. Emily enjoys teaching power vinyasa, slow flow, yin and restorative, and she also loves to get out into the Cody community to teach athletes and active people of all ages more about the benefits of yoga. She aims to bring something new and different to each one of her classes and is excited to continue to expand her own practice and teaching.
